The products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, the duration of which is specified in the product description. Each product package includes a user manual in Hungarian and/or English.

Warranty (Legal Guarantee)
The seller provides a 6-month warranty period for the goods sold. The seller’s warranty and guarantee obligations are governed by the Hungarian Civil Code and Government Decree No. 117/1991 (IX.10.).

Returns or Exchanges
Our webshop operates in accordance with applicable laws; therefore, we follow the rules below in case of complaints:

In the case of distance contracts, one of the most important consumer protection rights is the right of withdrawal within 8 working days without providing any reason. It is important that the consumer is informed about this right before the conclusion of the contract; otherwise, the withdrawal period is extended to 3 months. The merchant must refund the amount paid by the consumer without delay, but no later than 30 days after withdrawal, either via cash on delivery reimbursement or bank transfer. The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal or warranty return (COD fee + shipping cost). This cost does not apply if the product is returned in person. No additional costs shall be charged to the consumer. However, the seller may claim compensation for damages resulting from improper use of the product.
