Delivery
The ordered products can be delivered via parcel shipping.
Parcel delivery:
We do not charge packaging fees for delivery; however, for orders of 50,000 HUF or less, the shipping cost is borne by the customer. The delivery fee is uniform across Hungary and does not depend on the weight, size, or quantity of the ordered products, only on the total value of the order placed at one time. In addition, if cash on delivery is selected as the payment method, the COD fee is also charged to the customer. Upon delivery, please check the integrity of the package in the presence of the courier. If you notice any damage, do not accept the package and request a report to be made with the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot accept complaints about physical damage to the package without an official report.
Shipping costs:
If the total order value is less than 50,000 HUF:
- For poste restante delivery (you collect the package at the post office): 1,500 HUF
- For delivery to parcel lockers (DPD or MPL): 1,500 HUF
- For home delivery:
- Orders between 0 – 25,000 HUF: 1,990 HUF
- Orders between 20,001 – 50,000 HUF: 2,200 HUF
If the total order value exceeds 50,000 HUF, delivery is FREE within Hungary!

When choosing delivery to a parcel locker, please enter the name and address of the selected pickup location in the “Comments” section at the end of your order.
Cash on delivery fee:
For orders placed with cash on delivery, a flat fee of 500 HUF is charged regardless of the total amount.
